Multiscan LAB combined with a Multiprobe MXPS System

| MXPS: MXPS analysis system with a preparation chamber. The configuration of the analysis chamber allows the analysis of samples using a sample manipulator, Electron Analyzer Sphera 125 U7, a DAR400 x-ray gun, a monochromator XM1000, a UV source HIS13, an electron gun SL1000, a sputter gun ISE100 a sample storage and distribution chamber with a railway type connection to the Multiscan Lab. Sample preparation is realized in the preparation chamber using a sputter gun (ISE10), knudsen cells and e-beam evaporators (EFM3, EFM4). Parallel introduction of three samples is also possible. |

Configuration of the analysis chamber: Multiscan STM VT with position readout, MATRIX control electronics, Gemini with beam blanker, SED, NanoSAM Electron Analyser. Sample preparation is realized in the preparation chamber using a sputter gun (ISE10), knudsen cells and e-beam evaporators (EFM3, EFM4). Parallel introduction of three samples is also possible. |
