High resolution UPS on solids
High resolution UPS on solids in the MULTIPROBE LT XA equipped with an EA 125 HR analyser (5-channel detector), EAC 300 Spectrometer Control Unit, HIS VUV high intensity VUV source, and LHe-cooled sample manipulator (50 K to 800 K). At a temperature of 10 K (sample mounted directly to the cryostat, no bias voltage) a width of the Fermi edge of silver of 10 meV was measured.
